When you request a Search Presence Review, contact us, or become a client, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Google Business Profile or other publicly available business information

• phone number, if provided
• information you submit about your business, services, or online presence
• communications you send to Search Refresh

We may also review publicly available information about your business in order to perform a Search Presence Review or provide services.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and basic request or security information.

Search Refresh does not currently use advertising trackers or sell visitor browsing data.

If analytics or additional tracking technologies are added in the future, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

How We Use Information

• provide requested Search Presence Reviews
• evaluate a business's public Google and website experience
• communicate findings and recommendations
• respond to questions or requests
• provide and manage purchased Search Refresh services

Service Providers

Search Refresh may use third-party service providers to operate the business and deliver services.

• Tally for forms and information submitted through intake or review requests
• Google Workspace for business email, documents, and communications
• Stripe for payment processing and recurring billing
• Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and related technical services

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Search Refresh does not receive or store full payment-card information processed directly by Stripe.

We do not sell your personal information.
